NAIW of Northern New Jersey and the National Association of Insurance Women (International) provide each of its members professional education, mentoring, leadership development, technology and partnering by providing an environment to build business alliances and the opportunity to meet many individuals with various career paths and levels of experience in the insurance industry. NAIW of Northern New Jersey received its charter on December 26, 1956. Over the years our associations membership has continued to grow. We currently have more than 50 members. Education NAIW has developed and delivered educational programs at various levels of learning in multiple fashions to individuals and groups by media targeted internally and externally. Partnering NAIW has developed relationships with other organizations and associations that are mutually benefited. Leadership Development NAIW is known for providing a forum for leadership skills that our members can use within NAIW and their professional careers. Technology NAIW optimizes the use of technology to improve the quality of service, increase productivity, maximize membership benefits and increase visibility in the insurance industry.
